This is a mockup of what Reflections will look like.

Every number behind this panel is a placeholder — nothing here is live yet. Here's what Reflections actually is, and what it will produce once it ships.

Roundtable doesn't fine-tune models. It races them, judges them, and — with Reflections — starts learning from every execution. Raw orchestration experience gets compiled into validated behavioral knowledge, not logged as a transcript and not retrieved like a document.

Models never change — Roundtable never fine-tunes anything. What changes is how it orchestrates them: which family wins a category, which variant runs it, and which validated behavioral patterns get fed in before execution starts.

A real reflection has to be falsifiable

"For backend architecture tasks over 10k tokens, Claude Family's interface-first decomposition reduced repair iterations by 18%."

Scoped, measurable, disprovable — not "Claude is good."

Knowledge attaches to model families, not individual models. Claude only ever teaches Claude.

Judge mode becomes the research lab that discovers patterns; Agentic mode inherits them.

Nothing is promoted on one success — confidence is earned through repeated validation.

Learning happens after a response is returned — it never adds latency to a live query.
