Terms of Service

1. Use of the platform

RoundtableCI provides AI query routing and model performance analytics. You may use the platform for lawful purposes only. You may not use the platform to generate illegal content, to attack or probe AI systems, or to circumvent rate limits through automated abuse.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share accounts or API keys with third parties outside your organisation. RoundtableCI reserves the right to suspend accounts found in violation of these terms.

3. Credits and billing

Sage, Colab, Roundtable, and Agentic Roundtable draws on Free plans share one credit pool that refills each UTC day (100 credits; unused credits do not carry overnight). Charges: Sage and Colab messages cost 0.8 credits for a user’s first message in that conversation/colab and 1.4 credits for each follow-up (Colab bills the sender’s pool only; human-only Colab messages are free); 40 credits per Roundtable race; 60 credits per Agentic website, brand kit, or PPT/PDF run; interactive product runs are usage-based from token cost up to 100 credits per run (reserve-and-settle). Pro monthly plans refill 20,000 credits every 30 days; Pro yearly plans refill 24,000 credits every 30 days (not one annual lump). Agentic plans have unlimited credits. Pro and Agentic paid plans are not subject to the Free shared-pool Roundtable/Agentic gates. Refunds for unused credits are not provided except where required by applicable law.

4. API usage

API keys grant programmatic access to RoundtableCI services. You are responsible for all usage under your API key. Keys must not be embedded in client-side code or public repositories. Rate limits apply per plan tier.

5. Content

You retain ownership of the queries you submit. By submitting queries, you grant RoundtableCI a non-exclusive licence to use aggregated, anonymised query data to improve model performance rankings. We will never surface your individual queries publicly.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

7. Limitation of liability

RoundtableCI is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
